On the afternoon of October 21st, The Largo hosts a singular experience led by acclaimed winemaker Joana Maçanita. The exclusive tasting will highlight the expressive Letter F Douro wines, which embody far more than terroir—they carry a mission to revive forgotten vineyards of the Douro Valley and breathe new life into ancient soils.
As the sun sets, guests will be welcomed to a private terrace dinner. Chef Nuno Mendes presents a seasonal menu inspired by the acorn, weaving its essence delicately into each creation.
The wine pairing, carefully curated, will guide guests across Portugal’s diverse landscapes—from the islands to Alentejo and back to the Douro—through the exceptional wines of the Maçanita siblings. Both Chef Nuno Mendes and Joana Maçanita will personally host this intimate evening, reserved for a limited number of guests.
